Renters may be eligible for 100% of their monthly rent, up to $750 a month, for a maximum of 6 months.
Renters must:
- Have an income at or below County Area Median Income
- Be able to document a 30% reduction in annual income related to COVID-19 since March 1, 2020, or,
- Have become unemployed after March 1 due to COVID-19 and filed for unemployment compensation with the PA Department of Labor and Industry.
Applications will be accepted starting July 6, and will be available here.
This project is financed through the Susquehanna County Commissioners through CARES Act Funding from the Commonwealth of PA, and in partnership with PHFA and the Susquehanna County Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
