Notice is hereby given that the Susquehanna County Housing/Redevelopment Authority, is soliciting proposals from qualified Firms to provide Engineering Design and Construction Management Services for the development of affordable housing in Hallstead Borough. The work will entail oversight of demolition and sitework, development of site plan, assistance with permitting requirements and environmental studies, preparation of land development plan, construction management, and inspection services.
Information relating to the required format and the required content for each proposal is contained in Request for Proposals Packages which can be obtained at the Susquehanna County Housing/Redevelopment Authority, 33 Public Avenue, Montrose, PA 18801 or by calling 570-278-5401. The Susquehanna County Housing/Redevelopment Authority encourages responses from Socially/Economically Restricted Businesses.
Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 P.M., on Wednesday February 5th, 2020 at the offices of the Susquehanna County Housing/Redevelopment Authority. The Susquehanna County Housing/Redevelopment Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all qualifications which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any qualifications in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the qualifications which best serve the interests of the Project.
