Susquehanna County Housing/Redevelopment Authority will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday October 22, 2019 at the New Milford Creekside Apartments Community Room, 682 Church Street, New Milford, PA, 18834. The purpose of this hearing is to obtain public comments on the following: Proposed use of Susquehanna County’s allocation for (FFY) 2019 Entitlement Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
Proposed use of FFY 2019 CDBG funds includes:
- Sidewalks in the Borough of Susquehanna and Oakland Borough
- Demolition of a blighted structure in Forest City Borough
- County-Wide Housing Rehabilitation
The Susquehanna County Commissioners will consider approval of the County FFY 2019 Entitlement application at their regular meeting, to be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday, November 13, 2019, at the Susquehanna County Courthouse in the Commissioners Meeting Room, Montrose, PA.
Interested persons may inspect the applications between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., or direct comments to the address listed above prior to the public comment deadline of 3 p.m. October 22, 2019.
